국민카드, 인니 '파이낸시아' 인수 마무리…'윤종규' 신남방 빅픽처 시동
[더구루=유희석 기자] KB국민카드가 인도네시아 캐피탈 업체 인수 절차를 마무리했다. KB국민은행의 부코핀은행 인수에 이어 윤종규 회장이 이끄는 KB금융그룹의 신남방 정책이 윤곽을 드러내고 있다. 6일 업계에 따르면 국민카드는 지난 3일(현지시간) 인도네시아 'PT 파이낸시아 멀티 파이낸스(Finansia Multi Finance' 지분 80%를 사모펀드인 파랄론캐피탈과 켄달코트로부터 인수하는 절차를 완료했다. 나머지 지분 20%는 현지 업체 'PT 파이낸시아 퍼시피카 라야(PT Finansia Pacifica Raya)'가 보유한다. 국민카드가 인도네시아 현지 캐피탈사 인수에 나선 것은 장기적으로 현지 시장에 안착하기 위한 목적으로 풀이된다. 실제로 KB금융그룹은 그룹 차원에서 인도네시아 공략을 강화하고 있다. 최근 KB국민은행도 부코핀은행 인수를 추진 중이다. 부코핀 은행 유상증자에 참여해 최대 67% 지분을 확보할 것으로 알려졌다. 국민카드는 인수 후 사명도 'KB 파이낸시아 멀티 파이낸스'로 바꿀 예정이다. KB금융그룹으로 완전히 편입하겠다는 뜻으로 풀이된다. 현지 업계 관계자는 "파이낸시아 멀티 파이낸스가 국민카드에 인수되면서 업계를 선도하는 금융

[더구루=유희석 기자] CJ와 대상이 중국 지린성 창춘에 설립된 경제특구인 '한중국제협력시범구'에 투자를 모색하고 있다. 시범구는 한국 기업을 위한 경제특구로 현재 논의되고 있는 투자 규모가 수조 원에 이른다. 1일 업계에 따르면 고희석 CJ그룹 중국본사 대외협력담당 부사장과 이상철 대상 중국법인 총경리(CEO)가 지난달 29일 중국 창춘에서 열린 '한중국제협력시범구 클라우드협력 및 프로젝트 조인식'에 랜선 참여 방식으로 참석했다. 이날 왕카이 창춘시 서기와 장즈쥔 부서기 겸 시장 등 중국측 인사가 참석한 가운데 한국 측 인사로는 권구훈 대통령 직속 한국 북방경제협력위원장과 조원경 울산시 경제부시장, 지성규 하나은행장 등이 영상으로 축사를 보냈다. 특히 CJ와 대상은 '한중국제협력시범구'내 물류사업과 식품, 바이오 사업에 관심을 보이는 것으로 알려졌다. 지린성은 과거 1·2차 산업이 중심이었으나 물류와 식품, 극장, 바이오산업 등 신규 사업 투자를 위한 유망지로 각광받고 있다. [더구루=오소영 기자] 아랍에미리트(UAE)가 한국항공우주산업(KAI)의 국산 초음속 전투기 KF-21(보라매) 도입을 검토하고 있다. 미국과 F-35 전투기 수입 협상이 무산되며 대체 기종으로 KF-21을 살피고 있다. 올해 UAE 국방부 대표단의 방한 후 현지에서 호평을 얻으며 도입을 가시화하고 있다.
